Today, we sat down and decided on two choices of project problem to research and decide on next week. We then, after lunch, worked on the robot. In the previous week, Peter D has created a final robot and duplicated it twice. So we split into teams and started working on our mission trips.

Today we decided on our robot design. We had two options: one was a similar core robot to last year, while the other was a design in which you put the core into wheel system called the chassis, as well as putting a frame on top with accessories, as we did last year. We went for the first option, but decided to review the new concept for next year. We also started making minor modifications to the chosen robot to suit it better to the board. We shared some of our ideas on the project, and decided on homework.
Peter H Team Member Today we worked on mission strategy and the new 'core' robot design. We made an image showing the mission routes, and calculated our score using Matthew's Java Script score sheet. After lunch, we looked at the robot design which Peter D worked on last session. After a lot of hard work and effort, we completed a removable base chassis, and we also looked at ways to link in the secondary motors so that we can complete tasks on the table.
John and Peter Team Member and Team Leader Today, we started the new seasons meetings. First of all we sat down and discussed the core values and the project and came up with several ideas. Then, after lunch, we opened the new robot game box and built the mission models. Peter D started building the robot afterwards.
